Peace and Consolation !
I am delighted to write to you and express my joy of meeting you through Fr. Chrispine Otieno. I hope we shall meet one day and share on one to one.
The Consolata Missionaries is a Catholic Roman Religious Congregation founded in Italy on 29th January 1901 by a Diocesan Priest of the Diocese of Turin (North of Italy) now Blessed Giuseppe Allamano. Blessed Allamano Was inspired by a Franciscan Missionary Cardinal from his area who was working in Southern Ethiopia with the Gallah People. Due to the war between the Italians and the Ethiopians, the First Missionaries were not allowed into Ethiopia and they established themselves in Kenya as they were waiting for better times to enter into Ethiopia.
At the moment we are present in 29 countries in the world. We serve the marginalized and the peripheries of our society.
I am delighted to know your Foundation. World Wide Seminarians Support is a great inspiration from the Holy Spirit. I say so because there are many good vocations out there but we cannot care for them due to financial challenges. Thanks so much for your good idea and for the great help you are giving to many Seminarians out there.
We Consolata missionaries at the moment have a good number of vocations in Africa. Let me present to you some of them in Kenya, where we have 78 students in Philosophy stage, 20 in the Novitiate and 37 in Theology. All these students need fees for studies, they need food, utilities, personal hygiene, stationaries, transport to School and Pastoral services and many other needs in order to continue in their discernment to Religious Missionary service in the world.
Your help no matter how little it is, is gold for us. I appreciate you and your Foundation while I thank my friend and brother Fr. Chrispine for having introduced me to you. I hope to give you more details of our Congregation as we build this relationship to serve humanity in our poverty.
God Bless WSS.

Many of us were blessed with our time with Bishop Minde when he visited us years ago. Bishop Minde will be Bishop of the home diocese of ALCP.
Please read the joyful and appreciative attached letter and Greetings for the Christmas season and New Year from the African Provincial Superior. Picture of the new leadership is attached. The WSS Co-Founder Fr. Nicholas Nilema was elected one of the three Counsellors assisting the ALCP Superior General.
I request that all of us attend Mass this Tuesday to celebrate the ordination of these three Deacons we funded. That is a great way we can thank GOD for their service to our Holy Catholic Church and pray for the Holy Spirit to guide their ministry.
